An engineer by trade, Gillian loves to work with leaders on that sweet spot that exists at the intersection of strategy, people and purpose. She supports them to build a vision of the future that excites, motivates and challenges them—not just for their businesses, but for their lives. Putting her success down to her keen listening skills and her challenging, but empathetic and often playful style, she’s excited about the far-reaching potential of this community.
Gillian volunteers as Vice Chair of Inspire PTL, a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and other support needs. She lives in Aberdeenshire with her son, Andrew. Always full of energy, she is training to become a yoga instructor in her spare time and can often be found running the local woods and hills.
