Rob Is a coach and consultant, mainly in people related aspects of business, such as change leadership, teamwork and leadership. Rob’s career was mainly in senior HR roles, notably in MG Rover Group and GKN. Since 2009 he has been running his own businesses Naturally Concerned (for Alison) Ltd in the UK and Coaching by the Balls LLC, based in Oklahoma, USA.

He is also an author and speaker, especially on the theme of purpose and meaning in life.
